The Sims 2 Legacy Collection: How to Build an Apartment

1. First, we build an empty residential lot

2. We build residential premises completely, with all the furniture, elevators, as you wish.
The main condition is to install the entrance door “Unique Separator”

Where 9 is the number of floors needed. But you shouldn’t overdo it, the game has a limit on the number of walls, and a limit on the height of the camera. You won’t be able to build a skyscraper, unfortunately.
