Codes working on the main menu:
Infinite continues – Press Start on the title screen, then press Up, X, Right, Y, Down, Z, Left, Y, Up, X
Invincibility – Press Start on the title screen, then press L, L, R, R, Up, Down, Left, Right
Level 0 – At the difficulty/options title screen, press Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, L, and R
