How do I get Miura-ya(location)?

Anyone knows where you get Miura-ya?
The Miura-ya log entry is in the prologue, after grabbing the debt from the high place in Yoshiwara there will be a Saber Excite point immediately afterwards on top of the high point. Very easy to miss because if you jump off right away you won’t see it.
