Just figured it out. Browse to your default installation folder for CMS2021 :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021_Data\StreamingAssets\Music\User
There’s a readme.txt file there that says:
“You can place here your OGG or MP3 files”
