The purpose and content of this guide
There are a lot of random achievements in Trepang 2. Many of them are easy if you just know what to do and some of them are tougher. In the sections below there will be short descriptions of the achievements and video guides on how to unlock them.
All of the achievement videos were done one “Normal” difficulty.
Trepangus – Site 14
The “Trepangus” achievement is one of the more secret ones that can only be unlocked at one specific spot. The spot is the first vent during the first enemy encounter on the first level of the game “Site 14”.
Description: Throw an enemy into the vent in the first combat encounter in Site 14
You Monster! & You’re Paying For Their F***ing Surgery! – Site 14
The “You Monster!” and “You’re Paying For Their F***ing Surgery!” achievements can be seen as secret ones and can only be unlocked at one specific spot. The spot is the very last area of the first level of the game “Site 14”. In this area you run into friendly soldiers at the helicopter pad.
Description – You Monster!: Throw a TF27 soldier into the helicopter blades in Site 14
Description – You’re Paying For Their F***ing Surgery!: Kill all TF27 soldiers in Site 14
Flashlight!
The “Flashlight!” achievement is a fairly easy achievement to unlock and you can do it with many enemies. I would pick an enemy that does not wear a helmet just because they can be killed in one shot.
I unlocked this achievement on the very first level “Site 14”.
Description: Alert an enemy by shining a flashlight from behind, shoot him before he turns around
Stylish
The “Stylish” achievement can be a little tricky to pull off but I would suggest trying to isolate a lone enemy so you can work undisturbed.
I unlocked this one on the first level of the game “Site 14”.
Description: Grab an enemy, throw and kill him with a headshot
Cost Effective & JuggerNOT
The “Cost Effective” & “JuggerNOT” achievements can be done in one and the same spot and that is how I unlocked them. In the very last area of the first level there will be a group of enemies entering the room through a door and they are led by a heavy soldier.
I unlocked both of these in the last enemy wave of the very last room in the first level “Site 14”.
Description – Cost Effective: Kill 3 enemies with 1 grenade
Description – JuggerNOT: Kill a heavy soldier
Slide Into Your DMs
The “Slide Into Your DMs” achievement can be unlocked fairly easy during the tutorial part showing you how to slide. There are several enemies in a somewhat small room making it easier for you to slide into and then grabbing them.
I unlocked this one in the very first level of the game “Site 14”
