Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2: 100% Achievement Guide (WIP)

Mess with the Bull….

“Unlock Bullring in THPS2 Classic.”

Bullring is the last level you will unlock for THPS2. You will need to complete a total of 43 park goals across the other levels in THPS2 in order to unlock this level and achievement.

Valhalla

“Complete every goal in THPS2 Classic and gain all gold medals.”

As the description of the achievement states, you will need to complete all of the park goals on each level in THPS2 as well as obtain gold medals on all 3 Competition Parks.
I read online that you can use the “Game Mods” (cheats) that are accessible from the Game Options menu to assist in the park goals but I can’t confirm this as I did not need to use this method. Someone on Reddit has stated that these Mods do NOT work on the Competition Parks so you will want to take that into account if you go that route.

… Get the horns

“Get hit by the Bull in Bullring.”

This is rather simple if you have already unlocked the achievement “Mess with the Bull….”
All you need to do is position your skater in the path of the bull that is looping the outside ring of the level, “Bullring.”

Creative

“Create a new park and upload it.”

From the main menu you want to:

• Select “CREATE A PARK”
• Select “GO TO MY PARKS”
• Select “CREATE A PARK”
• Add whatever you want to the level, enter the pause menu and select “EDIT DETAILS/PUBLISH”
• Change the name of the level to whatever you want and publish the level

BEEP BEEP

“Get hit by a vehicle on every map that features them.”

There are 5 levels that contain vehicles, they are as follows:

-Streets (Trolley &/or Hippie Van) – THPS1
-Downtown (Taxi) – THPS1
-NY City – (Taxi) – THPS2
-School II (Golf Cart) – THPS2
-Philadelphia (Bus) – THPS2

Bought the Farm

“Spend $10,000 in the Skate Shop.”

Straightforward. Just save up $10,000.00 by completing challenges and spend said $10k on whatever you like in the Skate Shop.

Paint the Town

“Paint 100 surfaces in Graffiti across all playtime.”

Simply tag 100 surfaces in the Graffiti game mode. This achievement is accumulative so you do not need to tag 100 surfaces in 1 match and your end score in Graffiti does not matter either.
You can complete this in local multiplayer very easily.

Combo Total

“Earn 2,000,000 points in Combo Mambo across all playtime.”

You can easily/quickly obtain this achievement by turning on all of the “Assists” under the Game Mods menu. (Perfect Balances, Always Special & No Bails)

Enter a local multiplayer game and set the game mode to Combo Mambo.

Choose whatever time limit you would like (I chose 1 minute) and select the Skate Park map from THPS1.

Find the bowl on this level and initiate a grind on the outer coping. Use triangle, square & circle (or X, Y & B) to switch your grinds up/build your combo until your confident you have reached 2mil points.

Jump out of the grind and the achievement is yours.

Score Total

“Earn 5,000,000 points in Trick Attack across all playtime.”

You can easily/quickly obtain this achievement by turning on all of the “Assists” under the Game Mods menu. (Perfect Balances, Always Special & No Bails)

Enter a local multiplayer game and set the game mode to Trick Attack.

Choose whatever time limit you would like (I chose 1 minute) and select the Skate Park map from THPS1.

Find the bowl on this level and initiate a grind on the outer coping. Use triangle, square & circle (or X, Y & B) to switch your grinds up/build your combo until your confident you have reached 5mil points.

Jump out of the grind and the achievement is yours.

You Broke the Scoreboard

“Earn a score of 10,000,000 in any park in a 2 minute session or single combo. Game Mods must be disabled.”

An easy way to obtain this achievement is by using the custom park feature that the game provides. Other players have already uploaded custom parks that make obtaining this very simple. Just search 10 million or some other similar search term.

Piece by Piece

“Place 500 objects in CAP.”

Exactly as the description states. Enter Create A Park and place 500 objects in whatever method you would like.

Donut Mess with a Cop

“Unlock Officer ♥♥♥♥.”

In order to unlock Officer ♥♥♥♥ you will need to complete the Rags to Riches Challenge which is itself completed by completing all of the challenges in the “Created Skater Collection.”

To view/track your progress, select Challenges from the main OR pause menu. Select “Skater Challenges” and then “Created Skaters.”

The Truth is In Here

“Find every alien plushie.”

There are a total of 19 alien plushies that you will need to find. 1 per level. These CAN NOT be found in free skate, they need to be found in Skate Tours.

The following 2 levels are semi secret.

Chopper Drop – Earn a gold medal on each of the Competition Parks in THPS2 to unlock this level.

Skate Heaven – Complete all THPS2 park goals and find all of the stat points with one character.

Horsin’ Around

“Give 50 Letters in Horse.”

This can only be obtained via Local Multiplayer. Start a local multiplayer game of Horse and add a second player with whatever input method is available to you. (Second controller, Keyboard, Wii fit board??)

Player 1: Set a score above 100 using any method you would like.
Player 2: Do any simple trick worth less than the score set by player 1. OR simply bail.

Using the method above, repeat the process until you have given player 2 50 letters to obtain the achievement.

Going to the Vet

“Earn the “Veteran” Challenge Collection.”

In order to obtain this achievement, you will need to complete each of the challenges located under the Veteran tab in the Challenges menu which is accessible from the Main Menu as well as the pause menu.

ONE HUNDRED!

“Reach Career level 100.”

This will take a lot of grinding to unlock. . . pun most certainly not intended. You need to reach career level 100 as the description states.

However you want to obtain the XP necessary for this achievement is up to you. There are many guides on YouTube that have different XP gaining methods, the choice is yours.

Got There

“Complete all “Hard” Get-Theres.”

In order to obtain this achievement you need to complete all 37 Get-Theres. A total of 18 in THPS1 & 19 in THPS2.

You can track/view these from the challenges menu which is accessible from either the main OR pause menu. Select “SKATE PARK CHALLENGES” in the bottom left of the challenges menu and find “THPS 1 GET-THERES” & THPS2 GET-THERES.”

Legen-Dairy

“Earn the “Legend” Challenge Collection.”

In order to obtain this achievement, you will need to complete each of the challenges located under the Legend tab in the Challenges menu which is accessible from the Main Menu as well as the pause menu.

Gap Master

“Complete all Gap collections.”

There are 536 gaps split between all 19 levels of THPS1 & THPS2.

You CAN complete these gaps in Free Skate and “Dan Allen Gaming” on YouTube has an incredible playlist (linked below) with a separate video for each level and timestamps for each individual gap per level.
