Here is a simple guide on how to activate the DLC +18 because when you install the game you may not add adult content.
DLC content
To see the DLC content of this game (and any other you have available), you have to go from your library, click on the game in question to show you the most relevant information, and in the upper right corner you will see all the content acquired.
Activate DLC
Here the additional content will be displayed, you have to realize if you have it activated or not.
If it does not appear in the game, it is disabled by default and you have to download it this way.
You simply activate it by checking the aspita that you see next to the DLC and you will have it ready for download.
