Ravenfield: How to Modify or Delete Configuration Files on Linux

Using Linux (or the Steamdeck with SteamOS)? Don’t know how to delete configuration files? This guide will show you how!

Modifying Configuration Files

You can modify configuration files in the game. You can change your configurations, then save the configuration to the same name as the one you want to change.

Deleting the configuration files

You should be able to find the configuration files under the directory of /home/username/.config/unity3d/SteelRaven7/RavenfieldSteam/GameConfigurations. You can access the place (if you are the user) by using the command:

cd ~/.config/unity3d/SteelRaven7/RavenfieldSteam/GameConfigurations

or

Open your file manager of choice, such as Nemo, Pcmanfm, or Nautilus.
Then, show hidden folders (ctrl+h or under view or right click the background and allow hidden files).
Go to the .config folder.
Go to the unity3d folder.
Go to the SteelRaven7 folder.
Go to the RavenfieldSteam folder.
Go to the GameConfigurations folder.

Delete the configuration files and restart Ravenfield.
