This guide describes how to stop the intro videos from displaying when launching the game Medieval Dynasty. The game will skip directly to the first loading screen before the Main Menu is displayed. Also described is how to disable the intro video that displays when you start a new game.
Steam installs to the following folder by default:
Files for games installed on Steam are stored in the following folder:
Once you find your \steamapps\ folder, open down to the folder below:
In this folder you will find the following three files, and one folder:
Logo_Toplitz.mp4
Logo_UE4.mp4
\Intro\
Either delete these files, rename them, or move and back them up to a different folder. This will disable the intro videos when you launch the game. Note: After you launch the game you may notice a blank screen with just your cursor showing. Give it a few seconds and you will get the loading screen.
If you wish to also disable to the intro video from playing when starting a new game, go into the \Intro\ folder and do the same thing for the Intro.mp4 file. Note: If you get a blank screen with just your cursor and it doesn’t seem to be loading, pressing ESC will allow the game to continue to load.
After that you’re good to go. Enjoy the game as usual without any intro videos.
