Are you a fanboy of customization? Do you want to have the same sensitivity across multiple games? Are the default increments of the mouse sliders not enough for a quality gamer such as you? Then fear not, this guide is for you.
Make sure you got the right tools
For this guide, the only thing you really need is a text editor capable of reading/writing to json format. I recommend Notepad++, as it is the simplest one to use it’s the one utilized throughout this guide.
Finding the file
For this next section, just follow these simple steps:
-Navigate to the location of where your game is installed. You can do this by either using steam, or the file explorer.
If you want to use steam, this is how to do it:
-Go to your library.
-Right click on Cyberpunk 2077
-Click on properties
-On the top menu, select Local Files.
-Click “Browse Local Files”

r6>config>settings>platform>pc.
Inside this folder, you will find the following file:
Get to hackin’ (Close the game!)
FIRST PERSON CHANGE:
Now begins the fun part. Right click on this file, and open it with Notepad++. Inside the editor, use CTRL+F and look for this string: “fppcameramouse” (without quotation marks). Click “Find Next”.
It should look like this:
As you can see, at the bottom of that section it says “step_value”: 1 . You need to change that 1 to 0.1(or even 0.01 if you prefer, but i recommend 0.1). Bear in mind that there is a space between the colon and the number, don’t forget that!
What this does is change the increments on the sliders, so now it only goes up/down by 0.1 instead of 1.

THIRD PERSON CHANGE:
To optimize the 3rd person sensitivity slider, you can now click CTRL+F and look for “tppcameramouse”. Change that step_value: 1 to 0.1 once again, save the file (CTRL+S), and close it.
