How to Disable Motion Blur
Problem is, is that the usual way is not the usual. I cannot locate the game file in Appdata>Local where WindowsNoEditor is usually located. Unless you found out where they stashed it XD.
If anyone happens to find it post the file path here.

To OP:
Once file path is found, and once inside WindowsNoEditor you want to find “Engine”. Once inside that scroll the bottom and put a space after the last entry and then Put….
[SystemSettings] r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0 r.MotionBlurQuality=0 r.MotionBlurSoftEdgeSize=0 r.MotionBlurFiltering=0 r.MotionBlur.Scale=1 r.MotionBlur.Max=-1
These are all the motion blur ini tweaks available. Posted them all since not everything will work so may as well shove em all in lmao.
After you are done, go to file and click save. Then right click on “engine” and check “read only” so that the game doesn’t remove it when you start the game up.
