-Paste it directly in the “DLC” folder in the game’s files

Create a folder inside the “DLC” folder called “UncleFestor”
Inside “UncleFestor” folder create a .TXT file with Notepad and name it “UncleFestor__PCG-DCFGame” and change the .TXT extention to .INI
Inside this file copy and paste this:
