Start By turning Vsync Off and Cap Fps Below Monitor Refresh Rate in the game settings
“Do not use Nvidia CPanel for fps capping its clunky”

Disable Steam Cloud Save
Otherwise it Overrides settings and somehow just seems to help performance
Just make sure to go make a copy of your saves once in a while in C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\LF\Saved

Then find Engine.ini & GameUserSettings.ini
in C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\LF\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Add This At The Bottom Of
