Pipe dream
Once you reach the junkjard don’t try to get the cogwheel. Just locate the sewer entry that is blocked with stones.
Remove the stones and use shovel from the crane to lock onto the sewerdoor and the crane ring:
Last but not least use the crane to lift the drain cover and jump in. The achievement should pop.

Pretty fly for a cacti
Once you reach the controll room just take the hat from the stand:
Than leave and head straight to the right where you find Arastus the cactus. Put the hat on his head and the achievement will pop.

Don’t blame it on the sunshine
Once you reach the last puzzle and moved across the gap with the big satellite dish you can move around the left side of the big rock structure and climb up the mountain.
Once you reached the top
On the top you can find the jukebox connected to a solar panel:
Grab the solar panel and rotate it so that it faces the sun and the jukebox will activate.

Reach the last level.
Find all the power cells.
Fill the generator:
Connect the magnet.
Activate the magnet.
