Were to find the bolt cutters to move onto the next area from the Barren Lands

Are you stuck and can’t find the bolt cutter. Well they are easy to miss so here they are.
When you first enter the Barren lands turn 180 degrees and walk to the tent.
Turn around and walk into the arch.
Turn to the right, there they are.
Congratulations you can now clear the gate and move onto the Shipyard.
