Click around the rooms to move cushions and look inside of plants and cabinets.
Click the little boy in the family portraits to get a feather.
Click the mirror to use the feather and a cat ghost will appear.
Use the keys (one in a stone in the fireplace, which I personally think is the hardest to find) to open all cabinets and boxes.
When you have all of the paper pieces and the tape, turn the tv on with the power button and click it to assemble a map.
Bring the map to the cat ghost in the mirror for the key to the chest, which contains the key to the house.
