Step 1
Get the game on Steam and start playing. (Important: You MUST play it on Steam to get this Steam achievement)
Step 2
Get into the apartment.

Get a mug, fill it with water at the sink, then enter the bedroom and water the flower.
The achievement should hopefully pop up at this point,
