The First Descendant: How to Beat Lv.55 Void Boss FrostWalker (Steam Beta)

The Frostwalker has a different mechanic compared to all the other void bosses,
it will have waves of attack, where he slams the ground and freezes everyone.
The freeze cannot be avoided, and it’s an instadeath if you don’t defrost.

How to defrost?
You will need someone that carries 6 flame orbs, the person with all 6 orbs will get a short period of buff, which makes him immune to the freeze slam attack, and also able to defrost everyone.

Where are the orbs?
The orbs spawn randomly on the sides of the map (usually 2-3 orbs),
the boss will drop 2 orbs once you break its weak parts (such as eyes and shoulders),
and the minions will drop orbs too. (but this is total RNG based, do not recommend relying on it)

Will I lose my orbs?
Yes, if you get hit by the boss, you will lose an orb.
If you get downed, you lose all of the orbs, so do recommend a quick restart if mistakes have been made.

After knowing the basics, you will need teammates that are able to communicate with you.
You will need:
DPS (Recommend Gley, or Lepic)
Healer/Support (think Jayber is the only one, maybe Ajax?)
1 Runner (any will do, but Bunny is preferably the best at this job)

The boss has a total of 6 parts to be broken, but will only need to go for 4 parts.

Wave 1

Breaking the eye on top of the head will be the first thing the DPS would want to do, just zip up and try to break it.

Support can go for the eye in front since they usually aggro on support players and they can heal themselves.

The Runner will need to try to find the orbs that spawn around the map, once they collect 2-3 orbs, they can run and pick up the orbs from the broken parts of the boss.
Once you get 5 orbs, and you are close to the 6th, please hide close to it and wait till the boss is ready to slam the ground, because the AOE effect from the orbs only last a short period of time.

Wave 2

After surviving the first wave of the freeze wave,

DPS and the Support can start breaking the shoulders,
while the runner does the same as wave 1, collect orbs.

After Wave 2, the boss should be very low all 4 members should be focused on killing it before the timer ends.
