What’s Poise? Poise is how much damage you can take before staggering. Basically a health bar for your stance. (Too, nothing about poise is shown anywhere in the game.)
A “Dash Repeat” is a trick I like: of pressing the dash and jump buttons in quick succession to dash-cancel and prevent yourself from dash-attacking, looping back to the first move in your combo. It’s an especially good trick for Mirai, Sayuri, Homura, and Haruka.
