This guide is a work in progress, and I will update as I go. There are 16 total achievements.

MAIN STORY ACHIEVEMENTS
The following achievements are unmissable as long as you play through the entire game.
HOME LEAVER – After talking to your mom, you will leave the house and automatically get this achievement.
OUTSIDE WORLD SEER – Once you leave the village gates (and start riding bike), you will get this achievement.
STRANGER ENCOUNTERER – You will come across a nice officer who allows you to pass through a no entry point. After he gives you a map and leaves, you will get the achievement.
GRAY HANDS PRAXIS 101 – After riding down the road from Tieng Valley entrance, towards the end of the hill down, there will be what looks like a dead end and a small open gate.
Go through the gate and head to the section on the left. Inside will be a few tables and a large section of seats with a projector screen. Make sure to pick up the paperwork on the tables and watch the screenplay. The achievement should come after you pick up the highlighted paperwork for your scrapbook.
The following achievements I am personally still working on (because I like to look at every little thing before continuing the story), but from my understanding they should be straight forward through completing the game. I’ll update them individually as I go.

Some achievements may be possible to miss.
JOURNAL BEAUTIFIER – The first time you get to use your journal, decorate it like crazy. Go wild. Do whatever you want in it, make it YOURS. Fill it up as much as you can with everything you can.
DEEP LISTENER – Pass through the Tieng Valley Gates, 
Ride your bike al the way down until you get this the entrance area. Check it out before you proceed.
Right past the entrance, take a right as pictured:
Once you approach the purple flowers, take your recorder out and listen. Yay, you got an achievement! There will be a few memory flowers like this one scattered throughout the valley. 
MUSIC FOR COWS – Pass through the Tieng Valley Gates,
Follow the road with your bike, past the entrance area and all the way down to where it is almost a dead end. Keep right.
Continue down the path until you see a staircase going up the right and a bridge on the left, go up the staircase then continue forward/right towards the buildings.
Set the radio upright and listen to it. Once the hosts are down speaking, turn to another channel for music to play. The cows will thank you with an achievement.
DREAM LISTENER – Same start as above, pass through the Tieng Valley Gates, then follow the road with your bike past the entrance area and all the way down to where it is almost a dead end. Keep right through the Assembly Point gate and continue PAST the bridge (left) and stairs (right) towards a dirt path.
Follow the dirt path until you reach the next point where you can go either straight, left, or right. Go straight through the pillars.
Keep following the path until you reach the wooden bridge over the water.
On the wooden path, there will be a spot with a map and a bench. Take a seat! Sketch and listen to your dream tape. When you are told to close your eyes, do it. Visualize the dream until they tell you to open. Once you are done, you will get the achievement.
GRAFFITI ARTIST – Same start as above, pass through the Tieng Valley Gates, then follow the road with your bike past the entrance area and all the way down to where it is almost a dead end. Keep right through the Assembly Point gate and take a left at the bridge.
After the bridge, take a right. Follow the dirt path all the way up and stay right.
Keep straight and continue past the cemetery and over the bridge.
Keep following the dirt path around and down. You will eventually make it to a large stone structure and a map at the bottom. Turn and follow the path through the trees.
Cross another small wooden bridge, and you will soon come to a fork. Take a left.
Once up the hill, there will be some graffiti on the wall and a seat/table on the left. Read and take the letter, then find the paint bucket on the ground. Paint away! Leave your mark on the valley and get the achievement.
*Two in One Achievement!*
TOUR DE TIENG – Time for a tour of the valley! Again, starting from the Tieng Valley Gates: follow the road with your bike past the entrance area and all the way down to where it is like a dead end. Keep right through the Assembly Point gate and take a left through the bridge.
Take a left after the bridge and continue up the hill, keep right.
Take a right after the big willow tree and complete a short side quest for the EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE HANDLER achievement.
Once the side quest is complete, go back out the way you came past the willow tree and you will see the little boy with the red hat, Kochi. Speak to him and follow for Tour de Tieng!
It is a long tour, but so worth it. Enjoy the achievement.
*The EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE HANDLER achievement listed above, and the ARTIST ASSISTANT achievement listed below are both required to progress the story.*
ARTIST ASSISTANT – Remember the Dream Listener achievement? Follow the same steps until you get to the wooden path on the water. We will continue past this point.
Follow the dirt path from the wooden walkway up the hill, and take a right towards the bridge. Go across the bridge and around the left side of the house.
Look at the art piece on the table. This will trigger a cutscene with Matyora, the artist! Time for a bit of a side quest.
Take pictures of the different sculptures in the yard, then give feedback to Matyora. She will look at the scrapbook and accept your help on one last art piece. Talk to her again to start the project, then take a look around at the scrapyard for inspiration on an art theme! Once it is complete, she will sing a beautiful song. Close your eyes or look around you and enjoy it. Soon, the achievement will be yours.

Starting fresh from the entrance of Tieng Valley Gate, ride all the way down the hil through the Assembly Point gate and down to the bridge on the left. After crossing the bridge, take a left and head up the hill as if towards Kochi and his mother’s farm- but not quite that far. Remember during Kochi’s Tour de Tieng how we visited an Ancient Tree that his father saved? Head in that direction.
After you approach the ancient tree, you will see a birdhouse hanging from the patio. Take a look at the locket, and take a picture of it as evidence.
Now, head back to Matyora. Her house can be found by following the ARTIST ASSISTANT achievement steps. After talking to her and showing her the locket, you will snag the achievement!
