Here’s a very fast way to unlock it without even completing the whole mode.
The Directions:
1.Select Average difficulty and select A Week In Paradise.
2. As soon as you gain control of your character, open up the console. (~)
3. In the console, type in: open movieoutro
4. This will play the Apocalypse Weekend ending cutscene.
5. Now wait for the credits to finish.
6. To know if you unlocked it, select New Game and if it tells you a message you unlocked enhanced mode, Congrats!
