This is the official guide for Palindrome Syndrome: Escape Room.
Here you will find clues for each puzzle of the game, and also the solution so you don’t get stuck 🙂
Cryogenic Room
- There is a minus and plus sign in each line.

- Solve first the lock puzzle and look at the paper that you obtain. Is it similar to the levers?
- Try to see a progression in the paper. Can you copy that here?

- Solve first the levers puzzle, you need another screw to access the puzzle.
- Look carefully: there are 5 columns, each one with red and blue screws.
- Can you assign a value to the red and blue screws?
- Solve first the screws puzzle, you need another gear to access the puzzle.
- There is only one valid path to solve the puzzle
- Each gear has a different size, look carefully
Biolaboratory
- The solution is a 4 digit number that can only be 1,2,3 or 4.
- Look in the room. Is there any reference to the kidneys sample?
- If you find the reference, what do you see in the other side?

- You need to find first the red and yellow tubes (solve the kidneys sample puzzle).
- There is a clue for the puzzle in the pad that is in the table.
- In the poster you can make a relationship between each color and organ.
- Use the logic explained in the pad to order the organs and translate that to the colors.
- Have you seen the same colors in another place?
- Look carefully, the sign is talking about “biohazard”.
Blue, Green, Orange, Red
- Search for a similar pattern. You need to solve the Test tubes puzzle first.
- There is a card with the ID code clearly written. How can you translate that to numbers? Use the pattern found when you solve the tubes puzzles.

- Have you seen something similar to this structure?
- Look for the six lockers with red sprites at left or right.
- Have you seen something similar? Maybe next to some numbers?
- When you find the symbols, you need to know the correct order. You can use the glass and the perspective.
- You need to solve the levers puzzle to obtain clues for this puzzle.
- Analyze the info that you obtained. The disease is called PALINDROME syndrome, and in the wall is remarked the “PHASE 2”.
Press the buttons in the inverse order that appear (4,3,2,1).
Break Room
- Try to find a pattern. You have to press the buttons for the fifth iteration.
- What changes do you see in the bottles in each iteration? Are they moving in any direction?

- Try to find a pattern. You have to press the buttons for the fifth iteration.
- What changes do you see in the bottles in each iteration? Are the bottles changing their positions? What pattern are they following?

- You have to find all the food.
- Have you looked carefully? What about the bar?

- You need to solve first the food puzzle to have clues for this puzzle.
- There is only one valid solution for the puzzle. Read all the clues for the puzzle before beginning.
- Check that each piece has a legal position each time that you place another piece.
- You need to solve first the right bottles puzzle to obtain the needed piece.
- Search for the word that you need to show, is near.
- Don’t move the pieces randomly. If needed, restart the puzzle. The solution can be obtained with only eight movements.
- You need to find first a book that is missing.
- What could mean the colors and numbers? Positions?

- You need first to solve the books puzzle to obtain the missing card.
- You need first to solve the left bottles puzzle to obtain the clues for this puzzle.
- Look carefully at the clues and cards. There are only one valid day and month. And with that info, you should be able to calculate the year.

- Have you seen the letters A, B, C, D near?
- What represents the symbol? Intersection

- Search the symbols near.
- The symbols represent planets, there is a computer with info about a travel.
- Each symbol is related to a number.
- You have to press the buttons in the travel order.
- You need clues from the pad.
- Look carefully at the poster. It shows the reactions A –> B
- The reactions are different in each line, you can’t solve the puzzle only looking at one line
- There is a password written on a wall.
- You need to solve first the Travel Puzzle.
- How can you link the password with the numbers and letters?

- You need the two missing levers. Solve other puzzles first.
- Don’t click randomly. Try to search for a pattern. Restart if needed.

- You need to solve the Password puzzle first.
- Look at the paper, and look at the box. What is the connection?
- The symbols in the paper look like a plus sign.

- Try to copy the pattern in the lights.
Blue, yellow, red, red, blue
- Similar to the left lights puzzle, but now introduce how many bleeps for each light.

- Each light represents something different.
- Start the movement from the START tile.
- You need to find first the missing pipe.
- Try to understand how the pipes are linked when press. Restart the puzzle if needed.
- You need to find first the missing gear.
- There is only one valid path.
- Try to understand the levers links.
- You only need to press 3 levers.
Top middle 5 times, Bottom middle 5 times, Top left 5 times
- Solve first other puzzles to gather clues.
- The clues explain the logic that the canisters have to follow, don’t try to copy literally the images.

- You need first to find the missing card.
- Osteology is related to the bones.
- Each card has a character, and also each anatomy region in the poster has a character.
- The numbers are counting something.
- You need first to find the missing card.
