→ Might be confusing because “normal” does not refer to the level of difficulty. It refers to the size of the map. So, be careful to set your Network size to Normal when generating your world :

A Small Network will equal 10 connected stations (and WON’T grant the achievement).
A Normal Network will equal 15 connected stations (achievement’s minimum requirement).
And a Large Network will equal 20 connected stations.

MAYOR OF LUBDON
Get a 5 star rating on every station in a normal network sandbox

→ Same as above. You need to get a 5 star rating on all 15 stations of the map, in a normal network sandbox.

CAREER TRAINSITION
Fire a staff member in network sandbox

→ Might be confusing because it’s either possible to fire an off-shift staff member from the Staff Tab ; OR to fire an on-shift staff member from its Staff File.
To unlock this achievement, you need to fire an on-shift staff member from its Staff File :
