Here is a new method to fix blurry textures issue in Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition.
How to Fix Blurry Textures
⚫ To FIX blurry textures on Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition just manually update the DLSS.
The game seems to use outdated version, and new ones really do make a difference (at least in my case where I use DLSS on “quality” settings)
⚫ To do it head on to: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/
⚫ Download the latest .zip file of the DLSS version, extract it, and copy/paste the .dll file in your Metro Exodus installation folder. In my example its:
D:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition
⚫ Just copy and overwrite the old file, run the game, and enjoy much sharper and better overall look and feel of the game.
Also, a plus and a weird fix and improvement
– Choose your aspect-ratio manually, by not setting it on “Auto” as it is by default. This also improved textures and overall sharpness for me, you can give it a try.
