Isolomus offers twenty achievements to unlock. This guide provides a brief description on how to do so. Note that all of the solutions are hidden by spoiler tags, should you prefer to only look for a hint of the scene wherein a certain achievement can be obtained.
There Is No Escape

Ugly Ending
To get the ugly ending, commit all of the actions that are related to the following achievements in one playthrough: There Is No Escape, Goodbye Ariadne or Fresh Meat, Acephalus, Losing the Last Hope, Why so Serious, A Ticket to Hell, Das Buch, Kafkaesque Nightmare and Blah Blah Blah.
Evil Ending
To get the evil ending, commit an action that is related to at least one of the following achievements: Stay Safe, Illusions, Medium Rare, Stay Tuned, Disappointments, Just a Waste of Talent, Brand New Face or Mediaworm. Dealing with the two-headed man in a different way than what Acephalus requires will trigger the evil ending as well.
