Here is a guide on how to get all achievements in Industria Created by Lua.
Unmissable (Story)
The first achievements are the unmissable story ones, the game is fairly easy and can be beat in around 2 hours.
The Library – Just Start a new game
Wake up, Nora – Soon after going through the Atlas building you wake up in a library
Where am I? – After going through the library for the first time
Welcome to Hakavik – After leaving going through the elevator and leaving the building
The Crossing – Gotten after starting the train
Falling in Eternity – After the final time in the library Close to the sun – after using the train again to leave the city
Hanging Boats – Entering the only building at the end of the forest
The end is the end is the end is the end is the end – Finish the game
The Library – Just Start a new game

Weapons
I’m sure these can be missed if you go out of your way to avoid them but it’s very unlikely. (except for the pickaxe which is 100% needed to progress)
Let’s break things – Acquire the pickaxe
Moving led – acquire the pistol
Spring-powered – acquire the SMG
Twelve AM – acquire the shotgun
A little bit closer – acquire the rifle

Secret (missable)
These can be missable but you most likely won’t miss them in order of when you should be able to get them.
Foreshadowing – in the apartment you start in
Unforseen consequences – you find a computer with a keyboard you can use in the Atlas building
after you take the elevator it will be in this room
directly in the corner
A human voice – pickup the radio (this one might be needed to progress the story)
Forward planning – Find the key on your second time in the library
right under this stair case
in this potted plant
Reviving the GDR – Use your key from the Forward planning achievement to open a door
after you pick up the rifle it is the over at the marked area
it will be the only door in this area use your TAB inventory to use the key
I will never forget this – before entering the chapel, go to the graveyard right next to it (you can not do it after entering)
it will be the second grave with the name Marelein Brent

Sadly, “The Hard Way” is broken. I even tried reinstalling the game and did a speedrun on hardcore but it didn’t trigger the achievement. Fun game anyway!
