what I manage to spot is, that every chest have a small swarm of fireflies
fireflies really help you finding these chests at night, highly recommend you to at least use them to find all the chests at the city

also loot is random! so keep that in mind that every time you start a new game you will get different items from “chests” and “wine cellar”
