Quick tutorial on how to optimize Jump Force for your low end pc / laptop
How to get to the config files
(MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HIDDEN FILES ENABLED)
Go to C:\users\(YourUsername)\AppData\Local\JUMP_FORCE\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
After going to that folder, open GameUserSettings
Go to C:\users\(YourUsername)\AppData\Local\JUMP_FORCE\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
After going to that folder, open GameUserSettings
The configuration
>Set every graphical setting to “LOW” in-game
>Set the in-game FPS to what you desire (I recommend 30, but with these settings, you can get 60)
>Change ResolutionSizeX to 1024
>Change ResolutionSizeY to 576
>Change ResolutionQuality to 70
>Change ViewDistanceQuality to 0
>Change AntiAliasingQuality to 1
>Save the file and open your game
>Set the in-game FPS to what you desire (I recommend 30, but with these settings, you can get 60)

>Change ResolutionSizeY to 576
>Change ResolutionQuality to 70
>Change ViewDistanceQuality to 0

>Save the file and open your game
After that is done, Jump Force should run just fine. These settings made it work on my 6 year old laptop
