What happened:

File dont have assigned “Publisher”, so Windows is scared, you can proceed by clicking “More info” and then “Run anyway”. Please note, that japanese companies dont tends to use our security formats such as http(!s!) (Notice the http links above) and also they dont assigning propper informations to the files. You can select the files and run antivirus scan, if you wish, the files themselves are clean.

This patch is adding new maps, clothing and accessories, such as the Gym, Classroom, weapons and sexy police costumes, whose were supposedly removed from the game, because of the american school shooting culture. For details, see the list bellow.
