There are 4 map variants for Packanack Small. The location of two houses (circled in red) can help distinguish the maps.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to easily distinguishes variants 1 & 2, and variants 3 & 4. You’ll have to search for the electrical boxes or the phone box.
The Phone Boxes are circled in blue.
Jason’s shack is where the yellow arrow is.
