Press Q and choose the map icon
After looking at it try to figure out its location using the big map ( Press M )
How to find it
As you can see here, there is a car with a tumb on it says rip.

After finding it , figure out your north and south.
Now try to find the surroundings on the map.
Looks like the tresure on this map is near a small and large house.
I started to walking in the path and found it after couple minutes.
