i imagine you can do Exceptional spirit with a Poor ore to make iron ore i had used my poor ore before this and havnt found another one

Ive found two spots i dont remember if ive come across more but these are the two i remember

beneath the broken bell tower below the top of the mountain on a little flat spot

in the Endless region
from the entrance go northwest to the castle of ribs
from the castle go southwest toward the wyrms pillar
you can either take the secret passage under the pillar or just go around the hill
which would be up the stairs take a right and you should see a pyramid (a mausoleum) and youll find it there

There is a mine on the Floating isles South west of The Hallow City.
