Patch 1.52 added a new legendary jacket. Laminate-Armor Media Ballistic Vest, part of the Media set, now obtainable in the open world.
New Legendary Outer Torso Armor Location
The jacket can be found near where the gig, “Wakako’s Favorite” is located. There is also a nearby food vendor and the unlockable netrunner vendor (the one that becomes available after you complete the gig). It’s also right beside an NCPD hustle. You may fast travel to Crescent & Broad.
