How to Fix Mouse Not Moving Horizontally Issue
Method 1
Restore default settings by removing “PROFSAVE” files in My Documents > Battlefield 2042 > Settings
Method 2
in your PROFSAVE_profile located in \Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings
Remove the lines that start with:
“GstKeyBinding.infantry.ConceptYaw”
There’s roughly 20 lines with this string. Delete all of them and save file. Should be fixed now.
Method 3
Go to Options -> Mouse & Keyboard -> Edit keybindings -> Movement
Find Look Left and Look Right and click on the Mouse Binding to change/clear them
Hold Escape as it says to clear those bindings. They won’t actually clear but they’ll get “rebound” to the same mouse input.
