Here is a guide on how to get the true ending as well as to unlock Gunvolt-Only hidden challenge mode in Azure Striker Gunvolt 3. Spoiler Alert!!!
How to Get the True Ending
This isn’t required but I do recommend just beating the final boss normally the first time to see the first ending. Come back once you’ve done so or just want to skip straight to the canon ending.
. reach the final boss moebius gunvolt.
. attack gunvolt like you normally would until moebius appears.
. do NOT use the sword against moebius and instead just spam the tags.
. you’ll notice that the health bar will start to decrease in a different way instead of going red.
. keep tagging moebius until the fight ends.
How to Unlock D-nizer Mode
1. Complete true ending above, which then unlocks “Primal Dragon” Image Pulse. This makes you start a level as Gunvolt instead of Kirin.
2. Equip the image pulse, and beat 3 levels WITHOUT going back to Kirin. You will get an SS rank for the level for doing this.
Tip 1: 3 best levels for this are probably Holy Night XIII, Holy Night XIII (Hard Mode), and Mystic Mist.
Tip 2: Arc Chain is your friend, tag multiple enemies before using it for higher score and more fetters energy.
Tip 3: flash field the boss once you reach them since its safer then getting close.
